How far in advance should I make a reservation?

We typically plan our drop off and pick up schedule a day or two in advance. But reservations are first come, first serve so it is best to schedule as far in advance as possible.

Do you require a security deposit?

Yes, a hold will be placed on your card for the full retail value of your rental. The hold will expire immediately after inspection at pick up.

When is payment due?

Payment is required before or at delivery. Bikes will only be reserved after payment for those days is made in full.

How do I make payment?

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept payment through PayPal.

How do I secure the bikes?

A lock and key are provided per pair of bikes. There is a $20 lost lock and/or key charge. Lockout services are only available during regular business hours. Please be respectful where you lock up.

What if I get a flat tire?

Flat repair service is available during normal business hours at $30 per incident/per wheel. Ask your guide for tips on avoiding flats, we know the tricks.

Do I need a helmet?

Florida state law requires riders under 16 years of age to wear a helmet. We strongly advise all of our customers to wear a helmet. Helmets are available for rent.
